My space for you is our space
We are upstairs at Enough Studio, Unley Rd.
Entry from Unley Rd will bring you in via the salon where you are welcome to enjoy this waiting space & some tea if you please.
There is no receptionist dedicated to our clinic space but the salon staff will help you if you are in need.
After hours access & access on Mondays is through the backdoor (via Fashoda St or Esmond St). There is a chair at the bottom of the staircase for you to enjoy the comforts of.
Make yourself at home and I will come and get you when we are ready.
Please note, my clinic room is stairs access only.
Cancellation policy
In booking an appointment, we are both entering a space of mutual respect for each other’s time.
Rescheduling your appointment
If you are needing to reschedule your appointment, I ask for 48 hours notice.
For Monday appointments, notification by close of business on Friday is required.
This period simply allows me enough time to make sure someone else gets the opportunity to receive the treatment they need.
Notification after this time will incur a fee of 50% the total missed appointment bill.

Gifting your appointment
If you are unable to attend your appointment, but have a loved one that would like the time, we have the option of gifting your appointment.
Simply, notify me via email & we will transfer your appointment time into their name
Not attending your appointment
Failure to attend an appointment will incur a fee of 100% total missed appointment fee.
This includes same day cancellation.
Where possible, I will always try to fill your appointment time to relieve you of these fees but this is not always possible.
Payment
Please note, there is no cash kept on the premises. Payment is via eftpos at the completion of your treatment. Private health rebates apply.
Upon payment of your treatment, you will receive a receipt with all of the details you need to lodge a claim with your private health fund. This can usually be done via your health fund’s app. You will then receive your rebate.
