Personal information such as names, contact details, date of birth, address, and relevant medical and health history is collected at the voluntary provision of the client when seeking our services.

This information is collected via our website when seeking contact with Meg Mead Acupuncture, via our secure online booking system (Cliniko), via personal correspondence such as email or phone, or via initial intake forms provided at your first visit.

Personal information is used for the primary purpose of providing acupuncture related services, developing personalised treatment plans & communicating with clients when necessary. Your contact information is used to send appointment reminders and relevant information regarding our services.

Meg Mead Acupuncture does not use a mailing list for marketing purposes. Mailing lists are only used for relevant clinic updates necessary for clients receiving services from Meg Mead Acupuncture. You may unsubscribe from this list at any time.
